Built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

This website is built to target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It has not yet been independently audited, so we describe it as targeting AA rather than conforming to it.

It is a static site with no third-party accessibility overlay widgets.

What we have done.

• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• A logical heading structure on every page
• A skip link to bypass repeated navigation
• Landmark regions (banner, navigation, main, contentinfo)
• Visible keyboard focus indicators, never hidden behind the sticky header
• Color contrast in the site palette checked against WCAG 2.2 AA minimums
• Motion that respects the reduced-motion setting
• An automated axe-core audit run before changes are published

What we claim, and what we don’t.

Automated tools check part, not all, of WCAG 2.2 AA. No statement makes a website “ADA compliant” in a legal sense. We treat reported barriers as defects to fix.
