Setup that feels like answering questions, not building a system.

Think of it as tax software for your club: one question per screen, a progress bar, and Back and Continue buttons. You never have to learn our vocabulary to get started.

The setup flow

What the questions cover

  1. Your club

    Name, town and sport. Upload your logo and pick two colors, and your registration page wears them.

  2. Your players

    Pick the grades or ages you have, then say which play together: 3rd and 4th grade as one group, or each grade on its own. Both work, and so does a mix.

  3. Your season

    When registration opens and closes, the price, pay in full or a payment plan, sibling discounts, scholarships and spots per group.

  4. Waivers

    Paste or upload your own waiver text. Families sign online, and each signature is recorded with the exact version they agreed to.

  5. Coaches and board

    Invite people by email with a role. You can skip this and do it later.

  6. Get paid

    Connect the club's bank account through Stripe. You can finish this after the rest; registration opens once it's done.

Review it the way a parent will see it

Before anything is public, you get a plain list of what families will be able to do, each with a Change link. One button opens the real registration page in preview.

Under every answer, a line tells you what we built from it, such as “We’ll set up 3rd, 4th and 5th grade groups,” so you always know what your answers did.

Every club is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Until then, your page shows your club and “Registration opens soon.”

Your hosted registration page

When you go live you get:

  • a shareable link to your club’s registration page, in your logo and colors
  • a printable QR code for flyers and the snack bar
  • a ready-made announcement to email or text to families
  • a button you can paste onto your club’s existing website

Families register in a few short steps and pay in one checkout. They don’t need an app or an account to register.

Money

Payments, payouts and refunds

Paid straight to the club

Families pay through Stripe, and the money is paid out to the club's own bank account through its Stripe account. It never sits with us.

You keep 100% of your price

Our family fee, $3 + 3.5% per payment, is a separate line at checkout and covers card processing. A $375 registration puts $375 in the club's account.

Refunds from your dashboard

Refund a family from the admin pages. On an ordinary refund the family gets the registration price back and the family fee is kept.

Ways to make the season easier to pay for

Payment plans

Offer two or three payments, 30 days apart, alongside pay in full. Later payments are charged automatically.

Sibling discounts

Choose a discount for brothers and sisters, and it applies when a family registers more than one player.

Scholarships

Families can ask for help paying in the form itself. Your board decides each request privately.

Next season starts where this one ended

When it’s time for the next season, choose Start next season. The setup flow runs again, filled in from last season with the same groups, prices and waivers. Change the dates, confirm what’s still right, and share your new link.
